How to Build Muscle Without Exercising: The Power of Mental Visualization

Welcome. Today we will do something fun. I’m going to teach you how to manifest, build muscle and get healthy without lifting any weights. You heard me right: the stuff that I’m talking about has been tried. It is true. This didn’t just pop out of nowhere. If you don’t believe me, you can try it yourself.

But before we get into the actual technique I’m going to show you or talk about, I want to tell you something. Our mind. Our brain. Our subconscious. I should really say our subconscious doesn’t know what is real, meaning what we see in front of us and what is imaginary. It can’t distinguish that.

It only understands what you tell it. This is why your subconscious mind is very programmable. You are running programs right now without even realizing it. Many of them were programmed the minute we were born. Slowly but surely, our parents program us. Our environment, our teachers, our co-workers, our friends, our siblings. TV. News media, life in general. Experiences that we’ve had, personal ones.

So all those are programs running and running and running. Sometimes we’re aware of these programs; sometimes we’re not. Now here’s the juicy part. You can use your imagination to become healthy. You can use your imagination to manifest anything. But in this case, I’m going to show you how to actually build muscle and become healthy without even lifting weights.

You’re going to tell me that’s impossible. Really. Why don’t you try it out? Give it a shot? For, let’s say, 30 days, and then come back to me and leave me some comments. But you’ve got to do it right, so. Since your subconscious mind doesn’t understand or doesn’t know what is real and what is imaginary. This is what I want you to do. You take 3 deep breaths. And as you take these deep breaths, make sure you try to breathe from your belly area, your stomach area, because when you do that, you can actually inhale more air. Thus, increasing your oxygen levels. And thus, making you calm. Right,

I’m sure you’ve heard many say that. Hey, if you are stressed about something, just take 1 deep breath. All that helps. Take 1 deep breath, preferably from your nose and then exhale from your mouth. But in this case, take three. Why? Because the more, the merrier. As you take these 3 deep breaths, you will automatically feel more relaxed and calmer.

If you want, you can lie down in bed. Have your eyes closed, though; don’t have your eyes open for this one. Or you can sit on a sofa. Doesn’t really matter. Pick what is comfortable for you right now. Imagine that you are on a bench, with the bench pressing either a machine or just the actual bench.

Now think of the barbell, and think of the weights on the barbell. You be the judge. Whatever weights you want- 40 fives, 30 fives, 2 plates, three plates, whatever you want- doesn’t matter. It’s not the weight that is important; it is your imagination that’s going to play the role.

Now imagine yourself holding our bell. Imagine what it would feel like. Feel a cold bar? Now imagine yourself lifting it. And bring it over your chest area. Now as you do this, imagine it going down. Really feel it going down. Just feel that weight. Feel it. Just feel it impinging you right now. Push. Repeat as you would repeat your normal exercise.

For those that have been in the gym, you know what I’m talking about. Continue finishing your set in your mind. Just like you would in a normal gym. You can increase the rate- the rate I’m talking about is how fast you’re going- or you can slow it down.

Do it in your mind. Complete as many sets as you want, exactly as you would in the gym, and then move on to your next exercise and so on. So complete your workout. In your mind. If your workout takes an hour or 30 minutes, you complete it in your mind without even going to the gym.

Some of you might laugh, but I strongly suggest you do this. Do it for 30 days and then watch what happens to your muscles. They’ll grow bigger, you’ll get stronger, and you’ll build endurance. No joke, try it out now. The same thing happens if you want to be healthy, because now it happens automatically.

You’re working out automatically. You associate working out with being healthy, right? Throw in some good food that you’re imagining that you’re eating and watch what happens. If you are already working out. Then just add this to your routine.

Imagine it as well, and watch your muscle growth explode. Watch how good you’re going to feel about your health. Just watch. Try it out. Don’t mark it. Try it out. And then come back and give me your results. You will be totally, totally in awe, love and light no matter what you do.
